Join us at the Historic Lakeside School building on the south shore of Lake Chelan! We offer in-house catering for all of our events and an onsite Event Coordinator to assist with event planning, food and beverage selections and help answer any questions to make your celebration an amazing experience at our location! All of our available spaces can be rented for a venue fee, plus a food and beverage minimum. Venue pricing is based on a four hour block, but additional rental time can be added by the hour. We would love to host your upcoming event!
Lakeside Full Building Rental
A full building rental includes use of our rooftop and lower deck, dining room, Principal’s Office, tasting room and front lawn.
The entire space can accommodate up to 250 guests.
Dining Room
Our dining room is a private space with a stage on the first floor of our building.
It can accommodate 70-100 guests, depending on seating or reception style events.
Rooftop Deck
Our rooftop deck is located on the top level and has a view of the lake.
This private space can accommodate 40-50 guests.
Space can be rented from 12-4pm or 5-9pm daily.
Principal’s Office
We offer a private space on our first floor that can accommodate up to 30 guests.
This room has a small deck and a gas fireplace.
At the time of event, we run an authorization on the credit card for a security deposit. If no damage occurs during the event, the transaction will not be processed.
Additional cost for rentals such as tables, chairs, linens, etc.
Individual Wine Club discounts can be applied to case purchases.
